The two C 5/6 locomotives 2978 and 2969 are on their way from Bellinzona to Bellinzona. The steam train is being re-formed in Göschenen for the onward journey through the Gotthard Tunnel. The two steam locomotives were photographed before the SBB Re 4/4 II 11161 took the lead. Oct. 21, 2017

SBB Historic 'Elefanten'(Elephant, due to being the strongest steam loco in Swoiss ranks at the time) 2978 runs round at Brugg AG on 26 May 2019 during the OPen Weekend and Steam Days of the Verein MIkado 1244. 
