With the reintroduction of direct ICE trains from Basel SBB to Lausanne, SBB RABe 512 trains have taken over service on the new connecting line from Biel/Bienne to Lausanne.

Gone are the IC-Berlijns with Class 1700 haulage and DB IC-1 coaches. On 25 February 2017 NS 1744 'WIJCHEN' (my home!) has arrived at Amsterdam Centraal with an IC-Berlijn from Bad Bentheim. 
