At noon on 1 January 2025, the Sun finally shows herself at Kandersteg and shines her light upon BLS 192.

On the morning of 1 January 2025 Kandersteg still lies in the shadows of the adjacent mountains, putting BLS 192 in the darkness.

A somewhat daring picture given the lighting conditions: the BLS Re 4/4 191 is waiting in Goppenstein with its (quite short) car tunnel train (AT1) in a structure for the departure to Kandersteg.
