The BLS train was leased by the Alpes region because the increased frequencies could no longer be handled until the delivery of the new EVO multiple units. 12.09.2024

Both the locomotive and this stretch of line are likely to become a thing of the past in the foreseeable future—reason enough to capture as many impressions as possible here at the uniquely positioned kilometer marker 94.4.
