The route leads in wide loops through the vineyards above Aigle. In the picture the regional train R 71 435 from Les Diablerets to Aigle with the pushing TPC ASD BDe 4/4 402 and the Bt 434. This control car was put into operation as Bt 25 at the BLT, then came to the AOMC as Bt 131, and in 2000 after it was never put into operation at the AOMC, to the ASD. What is striking is the left front wall door, which gives the now almost sixty-year-old Bt 434 a very pleasing appearance.

Die Strecke führt in weiten Schleifen durch die Weinberge oberhalb von Aigle. Im Bild der Regionalzug R 71 435 von Les Diablerets nach Aigle mit der schiebenden TPC ASD BDe 4/4 402 und dem Bt 434. Dieser Steuerwagen wurde als Bt 25 bei der BLT in Betrieb genommen, kam dann als Bt 131 zur AOMC und im Jahr 2000, nachdem er bei der AOMC nie in Betrieb genommen wurde, zur ASD. Auffällig ist die linke Frontwandtür, die dem nun fast sechzigjährigen Bt 434 ein sehr ansprechendes Aussehen verleiht. 4. Januar 2024 

The car tunnel trains on the AT1 route (and AT2 in high season) to Kandersteg (or Iselle) can be found photographically in a very awkward place in the Kandersteg train station and are therefore difficult to photograph. However, the route to the tunnel offers good opportunities to photograph the last BLS Re 4/4 in use. I still stayed at Kandersteg train station and was able to photograph the BLS Re 4/4 185 with its car tunnel train in the station. The train is waiting for the BLS RABe 521 to depart as R1 from Domodossola to Bern, in order to then travel as a service train towards Frutigen. Jan 3, 2024

Die Autoverladzüge auf der Strecke AT1 (und AT2 in der Hochsaison) nach Kandersteg (oder Iselle) befinden sich fotografisch an einem sehr ungünstigen Ort im Bahnhof Kandersteg und sind daher schwer zu fotografieren. Die Strecke zum Tunnel bietet jedoch gute Möglichkeiten, die letzten im Einsatz stehenden BLS Re 4/4 zu fotografieren. Ich blieb dennoch am Bahnhof Kandersteg und konnte die BLS Re 4/4 185 mit ihrem Autoverladzug im Bahnhof fotografieren. Der Zug wartet auf die Abfahrt des BLS RABe 521 als R1 von Domodossola nach Bern, um dann als Leerfahrt in Richtung Frutigen zu fahren. 3. Januar 2024 

The picture shows the BLS Re 4/4 185 waiting with its car tunnel train in the Kandersteg train station for the departure of the BLS RABe 521 as R1 from Domodossola to Bern (left in the picture) in order to then travel as a service train towards Frutigen.
