To my delight, the SBB Re 6/6 11626 (Re 620 026-5) "Zollikofen," decorated with a "mustache," is still in service; here with a very short freight train between St-Saphorin and Rivaz.

Following problems with the ETCS and the withdrawal of the SBB Cargo Vectroms from non-ETCS routes, the SBB Cargo Vectroms can occasionally be seen again on the Simplon line, although the 193 077 at Rivaz, with its three carriages, can't complain about too much work.

EuroBahn is one of many modern-equipped passenger carrying operators in Germany that have not exactly prepared well their business and has to rent some old stock -much to the joy of the railway fan fraternity because it is older stock and the train is running. On 19 May 2025 Lok Partner's 110 350 enters Oberhausen Hbf with a modernised Silberlinge train (save from the first coach that stems from a museum railway).

Centralbahn, ex-SBB 10009 stands at Konolfingen on 17 May 2025. IN 1956, SBB tried the dark blue paint job sen here on the actual loco 10009. THe blue leans very stark to the Berlin/Prussian blue used by Netherlands State Railways electric locos from 1954. Two years later, SBB however decided to go for the dark green, leaving 10009 a one-off.
