A few hundred yards west from the railway station of Pratteln lies a well-known vantage point where nice pictures of freight trains can be made.

60 years of the BoBo / Re 4/4 II – to mark the occasion, the Austrian Federal Railways (OeBB) organized an unprecedented Re 4/4 reunion. Among those "invited" were the Re 4/4 I, BLS Ae 4/4 and Re 4/4 (425), Re 450, and even the RhB narrow-gauge locomotive Ge 613. I only attended this magnificent celebration in passing and for a short time, so I can only share a few pictures here.
