After half an hour waiting, RFO 1830 hauls a tank train out of Nijmegen toward Deventer and Bad Bentheim on 14 December 2024. The colour scheme is a nice wink towards CP, the Portuguese national railways that have recomissioned their nez-cassées (Classes 2600 and 2650).
Dopo mezz'ora di attesa, RFO 1830 traina un convoglio cisterna fuori da Nijmegen verso Deventer e Bad Bentheim il 14 dicembre 2024. Lo schema cromatico è un bel cenno alla CP, le ferrovie nazionali portoghesi che hanno rimesso in servizio i loro nez-cassées (Classi 2600 e 2650).

Rail Force One is a Dutch freight operator that leased one of her Vectrons, in casu 193 627, to RegioJet that has expanded so fast, that they had to draft in any rentable loco -mostly Vectrons, andf that results in a nice variety on the Czech Rycklyk line R8 Bohumin<=>Brno Kralove Polje -and at least until end of September, RFO 193 627 is at the party. On 20 September 2020 she calls at Brno hl.n. with an R8 service to Bohumin via Prerov and Hranice-nad-Morave.

RXP 6703 rides solo through Moerdijk on 25 April 2025. THis loco is rented by RFO and sub-leased to MDrivers. Less than a month after this picture was shot; MDrivers went bankrupt, but RFO still operates the loco at Lage Zwaluwe.

RFO 1831 stands in Oss on 11 February 2026 with a celebration livery for the 75th anniversary of the Dutch railway fan club NVBS (Nederlandse Vereniging voor Belangstellenden in Spor- en tramwezen). This loco will hold this livery for at least one year, entered service with NS in 1984 as 1631, became 1831 upon the loco fleet sectorisation in 2000 (1600 remaining the NS Passenger division's locos with those going to NS Cargo/Railion became Class 1826-1858) and remained 1831 upon transfer to RFO, after a breif spell as 9904 with LOCON Benelux. On 15 December 2025 this livery was revealed by the NVBS and RFO and the loco was renumbered 1931 (the year when the NVBS was founded) for one day on 3 January 2026 on an extra trip to kick off the 75th anniversary of the NVBS, before reverting to number 1831.
RFO 1831 steht am 11. Februar 2026 in Oss mit einem Sonderanstrich zum 75-jährigen Jubiläum des niederländischen Eisenbahn-Fanclubs NVBS (Nederlandse Vereniging voor Belangstellenden in Spoor- en tramwezen). Diese Lok wird diesen Anstrich mindestens ein Jahr lang tragen, wurde 1984 bei der NS als 1631 in Dienst gestellt, erhielt 2000 bei der Sektorierung des Lokomotivbestands die Nummer 1831 (die 1600er blieben bei der NS-Personenverkehrssparte, während die an NS Cargo/Railion abgegebenen Loks die Klassenbezeichnung 1826-1858 erhielten) und behielt die Nummer 1831 bei der Übernahme durch RFO, nach einer kurzen Zeit als 9904 bei LOCON Benelux. Am 15. Dezember 2025 wurde dieser Anstrich von NVBS und RFO vorgestellt, und die Lok wurde für einen Tag am 3. Januar 2026 auf einer Sonderfahrt zur Eröffnung des 75-jährigen Jubiläums der NVBS auf die Nummer 1931 (dem Gründungsjahr der NVBS) umnummeriert, bevor sie wieder die Nummer 1831 erhielt.
