DB 218 397 has coupled herself to a Class 101 with her IC service to Hamburg from Stralsund via Lübeck and Rostock in Lübeck Hbf on 18 February 2026. Due to construction works between Hamburg and Rostock, a detour via Lübeck Hbf was on order -including a change of travel direction and traction, since Lübeck <=> Rostock is still not under the wires. To cut something of the delay, the electric loco stays on the train.

À la fin du voyage à Singen, il y avait quelque chose de (de nos jours) assez spécial - la DB 218 429-9 : La DB 218 429-9 avec son RE 3 3057 de Bâle Bad Bf à Friedrichshafen-Hafen lors de l'arrêt à Singen (Htw). Habituellement, des DB 245 sont utilisées sur cette ligne, donc la belle DB 218 offre un changement agréable, d'autant plus que la locomotive élégante, autrefois vue partout, est maintenant assez rare à rencontrer. 15 mars 2025
