Para el final de temporada del Ferrocarril Blonay Chamby La DER 2023 , hubo mucho vapor una vez más: la G 2/2 Nº 4 Rimini llegó a Blonay con el coche compartimento A-L bellamente restaurado con compartimento de equipajes CF2 Nº 21, construido en 1900, y la HG 3/4 espera con su tren para la inminente salida. 28 de octubre de 2023

Como parte del final de temporada DER 2023 , el Ferrocarril Blonay Chamby ofreció viajes hasta el Viaducto Baye de Clarens para inspeccionar el progreso de la extensa renovación de la estructura. Afortunadamente, se me permitió salir del tren bajo supervisión y tomar algunas fotos. En la imagen, la G 2/2 Nº 4 Rimini con el coche compartimento A-L bellamente restaurado con compartimento de equipaje CF2 Nº 21, construido en 1900, en el Viaducto Baye de Clarens. 28 de octubre de 2023

El RhB Bernina Express RABe 4/4 I Nº 35 está en Blonay con el Riviera Belle Epoque en el viaje de regreso a Chaulin. Desde Vevey hasta Blonay, el tren puede ser utilizado por pasajeros; desde Blonay en adelante, el tren circula como material vacío hacia Chaulin, ya que el museo está cerrado en este momento. 27 de octubre de 2024

Swiss Steam Festival 2026 - Although I'm fortunate enough to attend the Swiss Steam Festival quite often, one might think that I'd eventually run out of things to photograph. But as this picture shows, that's not the case. This is thanks to the presence of the G 2/2 TICINO! While the A 3/5 may be one of the most beautiful steam locomotives in my opinion, the G 2/2 TICINO has truly captured my heart, especially since I had the opportunity (in 2018) to ride in its cab for the first time. I was therefore all the more delighted that the G 2/2 TICINO was enriching this year's steam festival. The A 3/5 may be one of the most beautiful steam locomotives in my opinion, but the G 2/2 TICINO has truly captured my heart. After initially thinking I'd hardly be able to photograph the locomotive in the crowd, this opportunity presented itself: Coming from Blonay, the HG 3/4 No. 3 steamed towards Chamby with its train, while the small TICINO, supplied with coal/wood and water, waited for its shunting maneuver into the museum station.
