This loco used to be an NMBS/SNCB HLD Class 62/63 and became ACTS 6702 when sold to that now defunct Dutch private railway operator. LOCON Benelux had this loco in an orange-white outfirt, but collapsed on her turn. RFO took some contracts and half of the loco fleet from LOCON and decided to apply her own two-tone grey colour scheme on this loco albeit with the darker grey outlined in NMBS 1970s style.
