On Monday 21 September 20267 the big (and possibly last) retro train bonanza in and around Benesov u Prahy is over.
Bobo is a fitting name for a Bo'Bo' electric and Bobo, being Ceske Drahy 193 576 hauls a fast train (Rychlík) through Benesov u Prahy, where this picture is taken with safety first in mind.



On Monday 21 September 20267 the big (and possibly last) retro train bonanza in and around Benesov u Prahy is over. Most specials have returned home the Sunday evening before, but one massive haul is still to be done: EBS 142 001 (the strongers of all Ludmillas) and slightly weaker juniory sister 132 334 will haul Swiss/Franch steamer 241A65, some Swioss and German coaches and steamer 41 1144 from Benesov u Prahy, where this picture is taken, to Weimar. Shortly after being photographed, a Bardotka will start one hour of shunting operations with hauling the Ludmillas out of the depot. Here we see Erfurter bahn Service 142 001 -the strongest of all Ludmillas.

On 16 February 2026 RDC DE 2700-03 SANDY oozes at Niebüll in the far North of Germany. Even in rather off-season periods three car carrying trains can be spotted between Niebüll and Westerland (Sylt) -there are no roads between the two cities and all traffic has to take the train that crosses the sea arms over the Hindenburg causeway.
