On 16 April 2009 Neusser Eisenbahn (now part of Rheincargo) Lok-VIII stands in the DGEG Museum at Bochum-Dahlhausen. In 2012 NE and HGK became Rheincargo and discarded themselves from one of the veryfew locos in Germany to carry Roman numbers instead of Arabic/Western style numbers.

On 2 September 2005 InfraLeuna 205 hauls a tank train to the massive Leuna chemical plant through Naumburg (Saale). A few years later, these Diesels were gone off the IL ranks, replaced by more modern traction.
