Next year, might se the last of these spectacles of about thirty museum trains in the surroundings of Benesov u Prahy, due to the wholsesale deployment of ECTS on the Czech railway tracks, de facto banning preserved stock from main-line running because of the prohibitive costs to equip museum stock with the mandatory ECTS.

CD 380 009 hauls an IC to Ceske Budejovice through Benesov u Prahy and gets photographed from the platform by at least ten train fans, viewing the preparations for STEAM56 -and of course catching the still regular traffic at that. Since Ceske Drahy has plans to discard themselves of Class 380, these pictures might acclaim a certain historic worth on their own in a few years time.

On 26 May 2019, ex-SNCF 141 R-1244 stands in Brugg during an Open Weekend, organised by the Verein Mikado 1244 -steam engines with 1D1/484 axles settings are called Mikado; the Japanese railways being the first to order such locos at the end of the 19th century.
