TRI operates many replacement trains in Germany with loco hauled stock when the newly ordered EMUs/BEMUs/DEMUs are -again- malfunctioning. The 1960s seem to have returned at Krefeld-Oppum on 20 August 2026 with TRI 110 448 calling there with the famous RB37 to Krefeld Hbf. Mo-Fr this service always exists of N-Wagen (dating from the 1960s), but traction is mostly ex-DB Classes 145 or 111 so to find 110 448 on this service is a rare joy indeed.
