In the background, the SNCF narrow-gauge diesel multiple unit X 74503 was waiting to continue its journey. The diesel railcar runs as TER 61285 from Salbris to Valençay and has a fairly long stop period of nine minutes. Gièvres train station. In Gièvres there is a connection to the standard gauge line Tours - Vierzon. Unfortunately, there were no standard gauge trains running when TER 61285 was in service. The long stay didn't make sense to me, but it was a good opportunity to take more photos of the train. The relatively long stay of the TER 61285, which I had already noticed when planning this photo excursion, was also the reason for photographing this train in Gièvres. April 7, 2024

L'autorail diesel circule en tant que TER 61285 de Salbris à Valençay et bénéficie d'une assez longue halte de neuf minutes. Gare de Gièvres. À Gièvres, il y a une correspondance avec la ligne à voie normale Tours - Vierzon. Malheureusement, aucun train à voie normale ne circulait lorsque le TER 61285 était en service. Cette longue halte ne m'a pas semblé justifiée, mais c'était une bonne occasion de prendre plus de photos du train. La halte relativement longue du TER 61285, que j'avais déjà remarquée lors de la planification de cette excursion photo, était également la raison pour photographier ce train à Gièvres. 7 avril 2024 

The SNCF narrow-gauge diesel multiple unit X 74503 is traveling as TER 61285 from Salbris to Valençay and leaves Gièvres station after a rather long stop of nine minutes. In Gièvres there is a connection to the standard gauge line Tours - Vierzon, the tracks of which can be seen in the foreground in the left part of the picture. Unfortunately, there were no standard gauge trains running when TER 61285 was in service. The long stay didn't make sense to me, but it was a good opportunity to take more photos of the train. The relatively long stay of the TER 61285, which I had already noticed when planning this photo excursion, was also the reason for photographing this train in Gièvres.

À Gièvres, il y a une correspondance avec la ligne à voie normale Tours - Vierzon, dont les voies sont visibles au premier plan, à gauche de la photo.
