Chequered carreers: 482 046 began her life with SBB Cargo, butr later on was sold to the freight branch of IGE International, whioch gave the loco this smart dark ruby red with advertising livery. In December 2023 IGE discarded off her freight division and the loco was sold to BBL, that kept the smart livery for now. On 20 March 2024 your photographer went over the Moon after succeeding this picture. 

The DB 185 may be a very often photographed subject, but in western Switzerland you don't see the locomotive very often, but at least you see it regularly. It pulls the Novellis train from Sierre to Göttingen. Here you can see the locomotive with the Novellis train near Villeneuve. February 28, 2024 
