In July 2016 I found this photo location north of Faido, a little above the Broscerina Tunnel with a view of the 103 meter long Polmengo Bridge, which bridges the Ticino River here.

Two SBB GIRUNO RABe 501s are in Faido on their way south.

Since the Gotthard Highway Tunnel, which opened in 1981, needs to be renovated, they have the luxury of building a second tube during the renovation.
