Autour de la voie ferrée / Around the iron railway (autumn event 2024) -The Dm 2/2 N° 3 Biniou is near Cornaux on the way to Blonay.
The SSIF ABe 4/6 N° 63 (UIC 94 83 4460 063-0 I-SSIF) is waiting in the Domodossola SSIF Railway Station for his next service.



Autour de la voie ferrée / Around the iron railway (autumn event 2024) - For gravel transport, GFM acquired two railcars, designated BDe 4/4 141 and 142, in 1972. These railcars were initially used with gravel trains and a control car. Later, they operated as shuttle trains in regional services for GFM and TPF, each time sporting the then-current livery. GFM Histoique restored its BDe 4/4 141 and displays it in its original colors. The relatively modern design, combined with the already somewhat dated 1972 livery, gives the BDe 4/4 141 a particularly striking and visually appealing contrast. Sept. 7, 2024

The railway adventure of the Bernese Oberland - the BOB HG 3/3 No. 29 of the Blonay Chamby Railway is on its journey from Blonay to Chaulin and was photographed at Vers chez Robert in such a way that only the locomotive and the BOB coach are visible, but not the other cars which only partially match visually. The railway adventure of the Bernese Oberland - Off-topic, since the JS G 3/3 No. 6 is still under overhaul and the railways of the Bernese Oberland region were electrified early on, steam operation was also present, and how! After steam operation was prohibited during the summer due to forest fire risk, the HG 3/4 No. 3 of the Blonay-Chamby Railway now shows a magnificent steam plume, achieving something not possible for a long time.
