Autour de la voie ferrée / Around the iron railway (autumn event 2024) -The Dm 2/2 N° 3 Biniou is near Cornaux on the way to Blonay.
The SSIF ABe 4/6 N° 63 (UIC 94 83 4460 063-0 I-SSIF) is waiting in the Domodossola SSIF Railway Station for his next service.



Autour de la voie ferrée / Around the iron railway (autumn event 2024) - For gravel transport, GFM acquired two railcars, designated BDe 4/4 141 and 142, in 1972. These railcars were initially used with gravel trains and a control car. Later, they operated as shuttle trains in regional services for GFM and TPF, each time sporting the then-current livery. GFM Histoique restored its BDe 4/4 141 and displays it in its original colors. The relatively modern design, combined with the already somewhat dated 1972 livery, gives the BDe 4/4 141 a particularly striking and visually appealing contrast. Sept. 7, 2024

Around the railway / Around the iron railway (Autumn event 2024) - The visiting GFM Historique BDe 4/4 141, Le Binou, and the MOB Gm 4/4 2004, which is not visible here, gave this year's autumn event of the Blonay-Chamby Railway a very special look that I really liked, of course without missing the traditional Blonay-Chamby vehicles, which could be admired in Chaulin. Swiss Steam Festival 2026 - alongside Blonay Chamby Railway G 2x 2/2 105 and HG 3/4 No. 3, the G 2/2 TICINO was also in operation as a guest locomotive and handled the maneuver in Chaulin. Thus, the Suisse de la vapeur / Swiss Steam Festival 2026 was for me above all a reunion with the pretty, small, and simple locomotive which I extensively photographed over the two days. Here the locomotive is standing in Chaulin. May 25, 2026
