La DER de la saison 2025 / The End of the Season for the Blonay-Chamby Railway 2025 - For several years now, the Blonay-Chamby Railway has been showing off its magnificent rolling stock in action at the end of the season with a more frequent timetable: Despite the rather difficult weather, I couldn't resist taking a few autumn photos at the newly restored viaduct to mark the end of the season. The Blonay-Chamby Railway's BOB HGe 3/3 29 is traveling from Chaulin to Blonay with its passenger train 2962, crossing the Baye de Clarens viaduct. October 26, 2025

125 years of the MOB—and the fulfillment of a long-held dream: a direct connection between Montreux and Interlaken! On the right in the image is the FZe 6/6 2002; ordered in 1931 and arriving in 1932—right in the midst of the Great Depression—it may have technically arrived too late, yet it perfectly embodies the MOB’s philosophy: to be different from the rest! 125 years of the MOB: I wish the MOB all the best, and may it once again demonstrate that seasoned, reliable service—a quality that has been sorely missed in recent years.
