"Le Chablais en fête" at the Blonay Chamby train. The opening of the first section of the Bex - Villars railway 125 years ago, as well as the merger of some routes in the Chablais 80 years ago, were the reason for this year's autumn festival "Le Chablais en fête. The ASD BCFe 4/4 N° 1 ran as a special attraction "TransOrmonan" of the TPC with its B 35 as a guest vehicle on the Blonay-Chamby railway. While the ASD railcar is already in the shadows in Blonay, a CEV MVR ABeh 2/6 leaves the station towards Les Pléidades.

Swiss Steam Festival 2026 - Although I'm fortunate enough to attend the Swiss Steam Festival quite often, one might think that I'd eventually run out of things to photograph. But as this picture shows, that's not the case. This is thanks to the presence of the G 2/2 TICINO! While the A 3/5 may be one of the most beautiful steam locomotives in my opinion, the G 2/2 TICINO has truly captured my heart, especially since I had the opportunity (in 2018) to ride in its cab for the first time. I was therefore all the more delighted that the G 2/2 TICINO was enriching this year's steam festival. After initially thinking I'd hardly be able to photograph the locomotive in the crowd, this opportunity presented itself: Coming from Blonay, the HG 3/4 No. 3 steamed towards Chamby with its train, while the small TICINO, supplied with coal/wood and water, waited for its shunting maneuver into the museum station.
