In her last years of service, SBB 10034 gets used as an electric shunter at Basel SBB, as seen here on 28 July 1998.

With one 1st Class coach, SLM-1 shuttles on 25 May 2019 the many visitors between the station of Brugg AG and the SBB works nearby for the Open Weekend of Verein Mikado 1244.

On Sunday 27 September 2010 the Herzerather extra train with CentralBahn 10019 passes Köln Süd on one of the very rarely used inside tracks.

On the evening of 21 May 2005 CentralBahn 10009 hauls the Herzerather extra train through Köln West. THe Herzerather is a special service from Münster (Westfalen) to Herzerath in Rhimeland-Palatinate (Fridays) and back (Sundays) that provides the travellers a ride on old stock and a drinking/boozing weekend. Beingf a very jolly companion, the soberness audable is a bit farther away than normal with the travellers. 

Centralbahn, ex-SBB 10009 stands at Konolfingen on 17 May 2025. IN 1956, SBB tried the dark blue paint job sen here on the actual loco 10009. THe blue leans very stark to the Berlin/Prussian blue used by Netherlands State Railways electric locos from 1954. Two years later, SBB however decided to go for the dark green, leaving 10009 a one-off. 

The Re 4/4 I 10039 provides the special train 31131 in Lausanne. The train runs for a tour group to Zurich Enge (with a stop in Palézieux). The train consists of the "Le Salon Bleu" 61 85 80-90 200-6 CH-IRSI, the 56 80 89-80 010-2 WGm D-IRSI and the Am 56 80 10-40 360-4 D-IRSI. Since the TEE Rheingold Genève - Amsterdam, at the end of its service life many years ago, consisted of a DB dining car, a DB compartment car and a DB open-plan car and was also pulled by a Re 4/4 I, today's train brings back memories of the TEE 6 / 7, which ran from Geneva for the last time on May 23, 1982 (and then stayed on the Basel - Amsterdam section for a good two years). Unfortunately the Re 4/4 I 10039 was a bit clumsy in front of the sign "Crossing the tracks prohibited, and unfortunately these lighting conditions were not for my little snapshots, so I'm showing a cell phone picture here as an exception.
