Freights to/from Poland via the Czech republic are almost always hauled by Akiem-186s, but some trains, originating/ending in Czechia see much more interesting traction in the guise of CDC Vectrons Class 383.

In about the last month of service, NS 186 007 hauls ICR through Hulten on 21 August 2025. A month later this loco has been returned to Akiem and from November 2025, ICR is no longer in servive. 
