Because the new SBBCI Vectron X-LOads 193 451-460 and 541-549 were not yet allowed to run into Italy, SBBCI temporarily had a surplus of traction for the Dutch-German traffic, where ÖBB/RCC -who had taken over CapTrain Benelux- was a bit short of traction. SBBCI rented theoir 193 107-111 to RCC until the acceptance procedures for Italy were completed.
