The Class 66 – 266 067-8 (92 80 1266 067-8 D-BRLL) of Beacon Rail Leasing Ltd (London), now leased to Neo Lox GmbH (Bottrop), was parked on October 3, 2026, at the Betzdorf/Sieg marshalling yard with a train of bulk tipper wagons loaded with ballast (wagons of the Uas (9300) type and Fas (6700) type).

The locomotive was built in 2002 by GM-EMD (Electro-Motive Division, a subsidiary of General Motors) under factory number 20018360-6 and delivered to Porterbrook Leasing Company Ltd. (Derby) as "PB 16". Further owners and lessors were from 2004 CBRail Leasing S.à r.l., (Luxembourg), from 2010 Ascendos Rail Leasing S.à r.l. (Luxembourg), and since 2016 it has belonged to Beacon Rail Leasing Ltd in London. The locomotive is certified for Germany and the Netherlands.
