On a grey 13 May 2026 Eisenbahn Gruppe Potsdam EGP 193 848 hauls a reasonably well loaded container train through Köln SÜd towards Köln-Eiffeltor.
EGP 192 104 hauls a container train through Celle towards the massive Hamburg port area on 17 September 2026.



One of the very few Metronom locos still carrying the Metronom logos is 146 535, seen here calling at Celle on 20 August 2026. Due to financial difficulties, metronom had to cancel their franchise Hamburg--Hannover--Göttingen media 2026 instead of December 2028.

On 8 September 2015 Metronom 146-04 calls at Celle with a regional fast train Hamburg Hbf to Göttingen via Hannover Hbf. After COVID-19 however, Metronom experienced increasing difficulties in maintaining their franchis, resulting inthe full scale withdrawal fronmthe railway scene midst 2026with DB Regio daughter Start taking over.

According to DB regio 146 231, Radolfzell is always worth a visit and thatcan be done with the RE2 to Konstanz via Hausach, Donaueschingen and Radolfzell. Like on 18 May 2026 with 146 231 quitting Offenburg on a Konstanz bound RE2.
