In Biel/Bienne, the IR 56 has arrived in the form of the BLS RABe 528 101 coming from Basel SBB. This IR connection now offers a half-hourly service on the Biel/Bienne - Basel SBB route with the IC51 line, while the RE56 to Meroux has been discontinued.
