After the BLS RE 11 4545 with the BLS RABe 528 111 and 101 from Biel/Bienne arrives in Iselle, the line ends on the RE 1 to Bern. But first, the BLS car tunnel train must depart with the Re 4/4 195 to Brig. A few words about the location of this photo. I was standing on the sloping road next to a wall and was able to comfortably position my camera on the wall's edge. The train served Lyss, Zollikofen, Ostermundigen, Gümligen, Münsingen, Thun, Spiez, Mülenen, Reichenbach im Kandertal, Frutigen, Kandersteg, Goppenstein, Hohtenn, Ausserberg, Eggerberg, and Brig; therefore, it did not travel via Bern. The train consists of BLS RABe 528 111 and 101. Several buses are available for onward travel due to construction work. The property line between FS and SBB lies in the 169-meter-long Iselle Tunnel, shown here, of which 144 meters belong to SBB. August 17, 2024 
