On 21 August 1996 Stichting De Hondekop held their first excursion with their recently acquired EMU 766, sen here that day during the excursion at Onnen. The EMU carries the NS Reizigers colours, albeit with a phantasy moustache. Later on, the 766 will be repainted in the gren with beige moustaches as being delivered in the 1950s.

NS(M) 273 quits Nijmegen on a condition ride on 13 May 2023. A planned transfer haul of an even older EMU from Blerick to Utrecht-Maliebaan was cancelled due to a technical damage on that older EMU, but was no cause at all to cancel a nice condition ride. 
