On 1 August 2026 RFO 193 955 hauls a steel train from Beverwijk through Amersfoort -not via track 1 as is normally the case with eastbound freights passing through Amersfoort but through the waiting
A Giraffe on the tracks! On 4 October 2026 HSL 1508 -since 2025 carrying this interesting Giraffe design- made a rare appearance on the Betuweroute freight artery and is seen here at Valburg.

Having arrived from Kutna Hora and destined for Praha hl.n., this EMU sadly suffered a 30 minutes delay dueto siome technical hitch-ups, that not only triggered the delay, but also lead to the cancelling of a specialride the next day.

On 19 September 2026 the Görlitzer Fast Train SVT VT.18.16.07/10 stands proudly at benesov u Prahy and gets prepared for a re-enactment of part of the VINDOBONA train thatran in the 1980s from GDR East-Berlin via Dresden, Prague and Ceske Budejovice to Wien Franz-Josefsbahnhof. Sadly, several technical issues less than two hours before the scheduled departure destroyed any hopes of the re-enactment, much to the chagrin of the would-be passengers, the operators of the DMU and the organisers of the train spectacle around Benesov.
