This photo spot is due to disappear after years of controversy about the sell-out of the owners of foruteen houses adjacent to the railway crossing; both the houses and the railway crossing have to make room for a new tunnel under the tracks.

OPen door policy with ERS 189 098 at Weil-am-Rhein on 29 June 2013. ERS Raiwlays sadly went bankrupt in 2017 and Weil-am-Rhein is being rebuild, diminishing good photo opportunities massively. 
