År 2011 togs ACTS över av avfallsföretaget van Gansewinkel och omprofilerades till HUSA (tjeckiska för gås som en ordlek på den nya ägarens namn, eftersom Gans är nederländska för gås). Tyvärr upphörde ACTS all verksamhet 2014, vilket innebar slutet för den första nätverksomfattande privata operatören på nederländska järnvägar.
