30 ANS CONI'FER /30 years of Coni'Fer - There hasn't been this much traffic here for a good 110 years! At Touillon, the X 2816 of the Association l'autorail X2800 du Haut-Doubs can hardly be seen in the background, while the 52 8163-9 with the four well-fitting four-axle platform wagons steams towards Les Hôpitaux Neufs.

30 ANS CONI'FER /30 years of Coni'Fer - There hasn't been this much traffic here for a good 110 years! In Le Touillon the X 2816 of the Association l'autorail The intersection of the two very different trains was the photographic highlight of the anniversary for me.

30 ANS CONI'FER /30 years of Coni'Fer - The Coni'Fer E 3/3 N° 5 runs its train from Les Hôpitaux-Neufs to Fontaine Ronde. The "passenger cars" were created from Sputnik cars, which were formerly SBB or BLS Db freight train support cars. The CTVJ also uses similar vehicles. The picture was taken at Le Touillon.

30 ANS CONI'FER /30 years of Coni'Fer - In addition to the E 3/3 and the 52 8163-9, the program promised an autorail as the third train; Although I was hoping for Coni'Fer's own X 2426, I was also more than happy with the X 2816 from the "Association l'autorail The X 2426 mentioned is still in the works, but you can already look forward to this beautiful railcar. The picture shows the X 2816 in Les Hôpitaux Neufs in the freely accessible museum area. It is likely to be the first X 2800 to be used on this route.

30 ANS CONI'FER /30 years of Coni'Fer - To mark the thirtieth birthday of this impressive museum railway on a section of the international Milano - Paris route in the Jura between Vallorbe and Pontarlier, the trains run every hour. At the Coni''Fer train station in Les Hôpitaux Neufs, the E 3/3 N° 5 "Tigerli" is prepared for its first journey long before departure. The designation for the E 3/3 N° 5 in France is (not entirely certain) 030-T-5 July 15, 2023

The SBB RABe 523 018 is on the way from Le Brasuss to Aigle as S 4 be Le Pont. On the left of the picture you can see a small corner of Lac de Joux. As a result, the train travels along the Lac de Brenet and later Lake Geneva - as a result, we now also have a "three lake railway".
