2 ft gauge steam engine  Liseli  (Jung No 1693, built 1911) in service on the high alpin panoramic railway of  Parc d'Attractions du Chatelard (VS)  in Switzerland. Special train ( rolling alpin snackeria ) is just leaving tunnel No 2 on the way to the station  Pied du Barrage  ( Foot of the Dam ). The passengers enjoying the run through the tunnels, between of them the panorama view to Mt Blanc mountain and in the train the wine, the valaisian meat and more. Photo was taken from the locomotive cabin. 16 June 2007

Traversing tunnel No 4 with a ballast train. To see in the background is a gallery; the sun light gives an imput to the scenery. The picture was taken from the locomotive platform running backwards to the station  Pied du barrage ; it is clear, walking to foot trough the tunnels is very dangerous and because of that strong forbidden. 21 Oct 2007

On the other track to see is a privately built steam engine, normally used on the railway  Stumpfwaldbahn Ramsen  in Germany. 07 Aug 2005
