Akiem 186 019 e una locomotiva gemella passano attraverso Kaarst-Broicherseite il 24 aprile 2026. Queste locomotive sono state acquistate da Bombardier da NS Reizigers nel 2010, ma vendute dopo otto anni ad Akiem in una costruzione di vendita e leasing. Con la scomparsa delle carrozze ICR e l'afflusso di EMU moderni, NSR ha trovato le locomotive TRAXX in eccesso e le ha restituite ad Akiem.
