The Association ASD 1914 offered a train for playing Jass (card games) on Saturday afternoon.

(ID 55905)

The Association ASD 1914 offered a train for playing Jass (card games) on Saturday afternoon. While I don't see the point of playing cards on a train, it was a nice opportunity to see the ASD BCFe 4/4 No. 1 in service again, this time on the ASD. Since fog was forecast for the afternoon, I wanted to photograph the Jass train at Aigle station, but was somewhat disappointed to find it was positioned rather awkwardly (from a photographic perspective).

The TPC ASD ABe 4/8 471, operating as R71, is on its way from Aigle to Les Diablerets and is passing through the charming village of Vers-l'Eglise. The train is about to reach the stop of the same name.
