The SBB Re 4/4 11238 was still seen in Lausanne in the traditional green, but with an interesting visual enhancement on the front end of the locomotive. Analog photo from March 1994 

The SBB Re 4/4 II 11247 (Re 420 247-9) from SBB Cargo is on its way towards Biel/Bienne near Ligerz. Between Ligerz and Twann is the last single-track section of the Jura foot line, with a bypass tunnel already under construction, so this wonderful photo spot will disappear in the foreseeable future. July 11, 2025 
