Fireless steam locomotive 2702/FG-30-20-3B catches the rain on 22 August 2026 at the SEF's depot at Chemnitz-Hilbersdorf.
SBB Historic's steam loco 2978 Elefanten (Elephant, so called because this claass was the strongest steam locos in Switzerland) gets hauled past the works of Verein Mikado 1244 at Brugg AG on 23 May

Arbeitsgemeinschaft Rübelandbahn 95 1027 lets off a bit of steam at CVhemnitz-Hilbersdorf on 21 August 2026. The kettle certificate of this loco was due to expire in November 2026 and there WERE no plans to restore the kettle, rendering this steam loco workless. After a massive public outcry and intervention of the Department of Tourism of Sachsen Land (Saxony), miraculously plans to yet restore the kettle are rumoured to have popped into existence.
