On 16 September 2016 DB cargo 185 049 hauls a short mixed freight through Oberhausen Osterfeld Süd. 

DBC 185 080 hauls the Ambrogio intermodal train through Köln Süd on 8 June 2019. This train will continue to Italy, but the loco will only go as far as nearby Köln-Eiffeltor, where she will be swapped for a BLS engine. 
