TRI operates many replacement trains in Germany with loco hauled stock when the newly ordered EMUs/BEMUs/DEMUs are -again- malfunctioning.
NS 193 733 calls at Arnhem Centraal on 15 August 2026 with the DANI international night train to Innsbruck.



WFL operates many replacement trains in Germany with loco hauled stock when the newly ordered EMUs/BEMUs/DEMUs are -again- malfunctioning. The 1960s seem to have returned at Krefeld-Oppum on 20 August 2026 with TRI 110 448 calling there with the famous RB37 to Krefeld Hbf. Mo-Fr this service always exists of N-Wagen (dating from the 1960s), but traction is mostly ex-DB Classes 145 or 111 so to find 110 448 on this service is a rare joy indeed.

CBB 110 278 takes over an extra train at Venlo on 7 February 2026. Because the platforms on tracks 1 and thre were occupied AND due to the partying public, it was decided at Venlo to swap locos on the fre track 2 that has no platforms. Here, the oldie has just put herself in front of the train and will lower her frontal pantograph to allow for electric connections betwen loco0 and coaches to be made.
