During the annual loco [parade of the Koblenz-Lützel branch of the DB-Museum not only the participants could be photographed, but also the normal; traffic, like this IC with 101 086 at the reins,

On 19 February 2026 DB 101 075 pushes an IC train from Hamburg into LÜbeck Hbf, where a Class 218 Diesel locomotive will be coupled to the train for the further leap to Rostock Hbf. 

Loco swap at Itzehoe on 14 February 2026: DB 101 145 pushes an IC from Hamburg into Itzehoe. During a twelve minute stop the electric loco will get off the train whilsyt at the front end a DB Class 218 will take the lead for ther non-electrified ride from Itzehoe to Westerland (Sylt). 
