125 Years of the MOB – The MOB railcar: the ABDe 8/8! Naturally, it had to be part of the anniversary celebrations. There is an unconfirmed rumor that this railcar will be fully restored for the 150th-anniversary celebrations. At present, the ABDe 8/8 4001 SUISSE —which has been stabled in Lenk for some time—is still in working order, but it is no longer permitted to carry passengers. Upon closer inspection (although not visible in the photo), this beautiful railcar is in need of a major overhaul at the Chernex workshops; however, there are still a few years left until the MOB’s 150th anniversary... 125 lat MOB — i spełnienie długo pielęgnowanego marzenia: bezpośrednie połączenie między Montreux a Interlaken! Po prawej stronie na zdjęciu znajduje się FZe 6/6 2002; zamówiony w 1931 roku i dostarczony w 1932 roku — w samym środku Wielkiego Kryzysu — technicznie mógł przybyć za późno, ale doskonale ucieleśnia filozofię MOB: być innym niż reszta! 125 lat MOB: życzę MOB wszystkiego najlepszego i oby ponownie udowodnił, że doświadczona, niezawodna obsługa — cecha, której w ostatnich latach bardzo brakowało — jest możliwa. 17 października 2026

125 lat MOB – z okazji jubileuszu lokomotywa Ge 4/4 8002 MOB otrzymała specjalne malowanie (a właściwie okleinę winylową). Osobiście mi się podoba, ale rodzi to pytanie, czy nowoczesna kolej nie powinna wybrać nieco bardziej innowacyjnego projektu promocyjnego.<br>Lokomotywa Ge 4/4 8002 przybyła do Zweisimmen z pociągiem GPX Montreux–Interlaken i jest obecnie przepinana na bocznicę, ponieważ dalszą część trasy przejmie lokomotywa BLS Re 465.<br><br>17 września 2026
