Perurail 551 , an ALCO Alligator , shunts tank cars at the loadout in Mollendo. Unfortunately, this engine is no longer in road service and rarely leaves the station area.

Perurail 551, een ALCO "Alligator", rangeert tankwagens bij het laadpunt in Mollendo. Helaas is deze locomotief niet langer in dienst op het spoor en verlaat zelden het stationsterrein. 

Perurail 752 & 756 vertrekken uit Mollendo met hun trein van tankwagens met petroleum. De trein rijdt waarschijnlijk naar Juliaca of Cuzco op het Altiplano, dus hij moet nu ongeveer 4000m klimmen... 
