Ex-SBB 8492 hauls a steam shuttle through Brugg AG station on 25 May 2019. Each year at the weekend of Ascension, Verein Mikado 1244 organises an exhibition at the SBB works in Brugg AG -these works also are the headquarters of this preservation society- and amongst t5he attractions there are half hourly steam shuttles between the SBB station and the SBB works.

Although the line is no longer served by scheduled passenger trains, the station building remains in operation, serving as a bus stop, and the waiting room serves as a farm shop.
