The Melzo intermodal shuttle is operated by BLS Cargo and Caprain as is evident here on 16 July 2019 at Tilburg Oude Warande with BLS 475 401 leading a CT 186.

Gone is experimental 5001, here seen on 12 September 2009 at the RetroTrain base of PFT-TSP in Saint-Ghislain.
