Side view on T478 1001 at Vrutky on 30 May 2015. Due to the rounded cabs, CSD Class T478.1 was baptised 'Bardotka' after the French actress. The series build version of the loco although, had a much more angular cab design.

T478 1001 stands on 30 May 2015 with an extra train in Vrutky Nakladi Stanica. That weekend, ZOS Vrutky, sited adjacent to Vrutky Nakladi Stanica, had an Open Weekend that attracted many visitors to see the nice collection of old stock, with some guest locos fron other works from Slovakia, but also from Czechia and Poland. 
