VSM, ex-SSN, ex-DB 65 018 stands in Loenen on 7 September 2024 during the "terug naar Toen" train bonanza, that sees each year a steam train between Beekbergen and Loenen every 50 minutes and a steam train between Beekbergen and Apeldoorn every hour. 

On 7 October 2018 SSN's 65 018 takes a brewak at Rotterdam Noord Goederen -she is then already transferred to the ranks of VSM. 

In her last year as SSN steam engine, 65 018 brings in a steam shuttle train from Gouda into Rotterdam Noord Goederen SSN on 7 October 2018. Behind the scenes, the transfer to VSM was already succesfully concluded. 
