One operator, one loco number, two locos: RheinCargo has done it with Vectron number 193 106. One is 6 193 106, formerly with KRE and a nice advertising loco and the other is seen here: 7 193 106,rented from Alpha Trains and hauling a tank train through Neuwied towards Cologne. The Vectrons are the same type, but since there are 2,000+ X4E four system Vectron electrics, the EVR numbering scheme had to deploy the 7 after the six to accommodate all Vectrons. 
