Your correspondent already had left the area, where next day, all train services were suspended due to the floods.

Deployment of MEG in revenue earning scheduled passenger operation is quite rare, but on 29 April 2011 MEG 602 calls at Berlin Schönefeld Flughafen (the old station) with double deck stock destrined for Berlin Ostbahnhof.
