On a bridge at the train station in San Sebastian Amara / Donostia Amara you get a wonderful view of the operational life of the terminal station.

On the TGV route Paris - Lyon (or LGV 752000) at kilometer 257.7 is the TGV Rame 804 and another TGV Duplex heading south. It is not possible to determine with certainty which TGV connection it is. I assume that it is the TGV 9113/6033 from Paris to Barcelona Sants/Perpignan. On this section of the route near Saint Émiland the speed is limited to km/h 270; km/h 300 is only permitted again at km 254.6 in the north and from km 336.3 in the south.

The SEG G 2x 2/2 105 of the Blonay Chamby Railway arrived in Chamby with the first steam train of the season from Blonay to Chaulin.

Another view of the two stations, Belfort-Montbéliard TGV (below) and Meroux (above). The TGV LYRIA 9203 from Paris Gare de Lyon to Zurich, consisting of trainset 4726, offers a rather tight connection to the SNCF Z73800 Coradia A TER "Baleine" waiting at Meroux station, bound for Belfort. Why diesel multiple units are now (also) being used on the electrified Delle - Belfort line is beyond my knowledge. December 10, 2025 
